Let's build the legendary griffin, a creature with the body of a lion and the head of an eagle, which will be tasked with guarding our treasures and protecting us on the frightening Halloween night.

2) MOONLIGHT AND DIAMOND DUST... RIDING A FLYING BROOM! - Presented by the "G. Podenzana" Ethnographic Museum - Silvia Nardi - 9:00 PM - 9:40 PM - 10:20 PM
In the countryside homes, near the fireplace, a broom made of straw collected from the woods was used. What was it used for? Let's discover it together on the night of the witches and create our own magically reimagined broom!

3) THE FRIGHTENING GUARDIAN - Simone Grando - 9:00 PM - 9:40 PM - 10:20 PM
Let's learn about the history of Gargoyles, fantastical and monstrous animal-like figures that decorate cathedrals and medieval buildings by covering gutters while also serving as guardians to ward off demons. We'll create our own personal gargoyle to protect our room. THE

Do mermaids, dragons, and elves exist? A strange merchant has found small mysterious beings that you can enclose in a magical container and start your original collection.

5) MAGICAL SPIRALS - Donatella Alessi and Ilaria Cantini - 9:00 PM - 9:40 PM - 10:40 PM
With the tools of prehistoric goldsmiths, we will create metal jewelry in the shape of spirals, similar to Bronze Age jewelry that warded off evil spirits.

6) CUNIMONDO THE ROUND SKULL - Valerio Simini and Greta Bonati - 9:00 PM - 9:40 PM - 10:20 PM
We'll shape a little skull in memory of Cunimondo, king of the Gepids, who lived 1500 years ago. Cunimondo's skull was used as a cup for drinking in the lively banquets of the Lombards, his successors. A piece of advice: don't lose your head.

Since prehistoric times, fire has been attributed deep and mystical meanings and was used during ceremonies and even to communicate with the afterlife. We will discover how fire was lit in various eras from prehistory to the Middle Ages. The fire will reveal auspicious messages from the beyond by showing esoteric symbols on ancient parchments.

Mandrake, with its human-shaped roots and exceptional medicinal properties, has been used since ancient Greece as a powerful ingredient for magical potions. Handle it with great care! Participants will create a small Mandrake to take home as a souvenir of the herbology lesson...

Tickets for museum entry can be purchased in advance at the Castle Museum. The entry cost is €4, groups of up to 4 people pay €12, and then €2 for each additional person. Subject to availability.

Please note that the elevators connecting Via del Prione to the Castle Museum will be operational until 12:00 AM. Additionally, there will be a free shuttle service from 7 PM to 12 AM, departing from Piazza Europa to the monstrous night of Castle San Giorgio every 20 minutes.
