Spetialis - The ancient art of croxetti at the Civic Ethnographic Museum "Giovanni Podenzana"

Let's explore the production of this type of Ligurian pasta, characterized by a decoration pressed with a special mold, and the traditional custom of stamping foods. We'll knead our own croxetti to take home.
