Termo circular route

The circular route starts at the pass of Termo. You will follow the Alta Via del Golfo (AVG in short, meaning “High Route of the Gulf”) towards Buonviaggio and then take Via Brigola, located in front of the Carispezia Bank; here, you will walk uphill along the paved road up to the fork with Via Brigola coming from Melara (155 m above sea level).

Once you are there, turn right and keep walking up to a fork with an unpaved road on the right. You will take this unpaved road and keep walking up to a fork with a paved road that, after a steep but short climb, will take you to Via del Monte (210 m above sea level).

Go right on Via del Monte, as you will need to walk in the direction of a village called Il Monte, where you will see the oratory of Sant’Antonio (Saint Anthony) and keep walking along the path taking you back to Via del Monte. You will walk below the municipal kennel and, once you have reached the end of the road, take the stairway leading you to the first houses of the area. The road still is Via del Monte: keep walking along this road up to its end, which is the fork with Via Termo. Turn right and you will be back at the pass of Termo.
