In La Spezia it’s possible to admire the Palco della Musica from 1933, the Monument dedicated to Giuseppe Garibaldi from 1913, the Monument dedicated to Domenico Chiodo from 1878, the Fontana delle Voci from 1955 and the Vittoria Alata-Monumento ai Caduti from 1923.

Chimera: The pretty sculpture "Chimera", made by Elisa Corsini in 1997, was loaned by the artist for embellishing aesthetically the Castle.

Ubaldo Mazzini: One of the founding fathers, Ubaldo Mazzini was a young Republican and Mazzini's supporter, in his initial work as a journalist, with the pseudonym of "Gamin".

The Countess of Castiglione: Virginia Elisabetta Luisa Carlotta Antonietta Teresa Maria Oldoini Verasis Asinari, Countess of Castiglione (Florence, 22 March 1837 - Paris, 28 November 1899) , was an Italian noblewoman.
Daughter of the Marquis of La Spezia Filippo Oldoini and the Marchioness Isabella Lamporecchi, cousin of Camillo Benso, she was considered among the most beautiful and fascinating women of her time.

War memorial: A white marble monument With bronze plaques and a bronze statue of the Winged Victory, dedicated to the victims of war. Interpretation by our local sculptor Angiolo del Santo of the glorious conclusion of the 1915-1918 war.

Garibaldi Statue: The equestrian monument to Giuseppe Garibaldi is an imposing bronze statue located in La Spezia, inside the Public Gardens in the historic center of the city. It is an interesting work because of the rarity of an equestrian sculpture with the rearing horse.

Piazza Garibaldi Fountain: The fountain of the dialogue, created by the sculptor Viliano Tarabella.

Piazza Brin Fountain: The "Fontana delle voci" made by Mirko Basaldella (Udine 1910 - Cambridge USA, 1969) was begun in 1955, at the peak of Basaldella’s production; he had recently finished work on the grandiose gate of the Mausoleum of the Fosse Ardeatine massacre in Rome, the iron cross of the memorial to those who died in the name of freedom in the Mauthausen concentration camp, and the decoration of the FAO building, again in Rome.

Domenico Chiodo: Designer of the Military Arsenal of La Spezia, was born in Genoa in 1823 and died in La Spezia in 1870.
The idea of a shipyard in La Spezia dated back to the Napoleonic era, but it was only thanks to Cavour that in 1857 that the law for its construction was approved by the parliament of Savoy.

Palco della Musica: Inside the gardens called "Boschetto", we can find the "Palco della Musica", a splendid work in Art Nouveau style, several busts in memory of the most illustrious La Spezia and a number of evergreen trees to represent the seasons.
