Parco delle Mura

The Parco delle Mura, the result of the requalification works on the 19th-century city walls, is the crown jewel of these interventions. The park is a 4km-long path immersed in nature extending over the hill area of La Spezia and is equipped with lightning systems and video surveillance systems along the pedestrian pathway.

The restoration of the ancient walls offers locals and tourists the opportunity to rediscover history, from the Middle Ages onwards. The project included all the due works to make this park entirely accessible to the public.
