In 1935, Manilo Costa took care of the project for the restoration of the façade of this building on Via Rosselli, adding some architectural elements to create symmetry.

Interestingly, at the corner of the building, at the crossroad of the two streets, the Bar Tripoli keeps its original sign and the architectural structures of that time.
